💼 Position: Restaurant Branch Manager

  • Location: Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

  • Salary: SAR 2,500 – SAR 3,300 / month (Depending on experience & qualifications)

  • Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)

  • Working Hours: 12 Hours / day

  • Days Off: 2 Days / month

  • Benefits: Accommodation, Transportation, Medical, and Flight Tickets provided as per Saudi Labor Law.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall daily operations of the restaurant branch.

  • Supervise employees, attendance, discipline, and task assignment.

  • Ensure high food quality, hygiene standards, and recipe compliance.

  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, sales targets, and POS cash handling.

  • Manage online delivery applications and customer service quality.

  • Submit daily reports and operational updates to management.

🎓 Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations or branch management.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and POS systems.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
